Liability
Service is experimental; outputs may contain errors or hallucinations. User must verify results. Best-efforts obligation only; no warranty of fitness or accuracy.
Credits & Refunds
Each transcription consumes credits irreversibly: consumed credits are not refundable. Unused credits can be refunded if you withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Payment is made online via Stripe, by card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), by digital wallet (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by the other methods offered on the payment page. Data Protection

Force Majeure
Provider not liable for delays/failures beyond reasonable control (hosting outages, strikes, pandemics, disasters, legal changes).
